If you submit a form, we collect the details shown in that form. Depending on the audience, this may include an adult’s name and role, contact details when provided, city, school, and the relevant class level. The student-interest form does not ask for a name and contact details are optional.

Our hosting systems may also process ordinary technical records such as IP address, request time, browser information, errors, and rate-limit events to operate and protect the website.

We use form details only to respond about beta access, school pilots, or Illumentor updates when you separately opt in. Technical records are used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and aggregate website measurement.

Submitting an interest form does not create a student account, Discovery Map, or mentor relationship.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles. Data may be handled by service providers that operate our hosting, form delivery, email, security, and support systems under our instructions.

We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect the security of the website. The student safety exception applies to the private mentor product, not ordinary website interest forms.

We keep beta-interest details only while they remain useful for responding, operating the cohort, or meeting legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete a submission, or withdraw optional updates, by writing to the privacy address below.

Do not send sensitive student stories, health information, identity documents, or private reflections through the public forms.

The public student form only records interest and does not grant access. Where consent is required, the student product opens through a verified guardian or participating school process before substantive student data is collected.

The controlled beta will provide a separate, plain-language student and guardian notice covering conversations, the Discovery Map, retention, sharing controls, safety, export, and deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. If this notice changes materially, we will update the date and explain the new use before relying on it for newly collected information.
